Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Limited Edition Drops & Preorders
Limited-edition, seasonal, and preorder items may require additional processing time. When applicable, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the individual product page.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options will be shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
