Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered from Still Remember Dreaming.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for sizing when inventory is available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, tag attached, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns
Because our pieces are produced in small quantities, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, preference, or sizing. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

Limited Edition & Seasonal Drops
Limited-edition and seasonal items are final sale. Size exchanges may be offered when inventory is available.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue when possible, and we’ll make it right.

Still Remember Dreaming reserves the right to decline an exchange if an item does not meet the conditions above.
